What you will do

• Manage operational cycles including Ops Townhalls, Team Offsites, and the Ops People Program for consistent execution across workstreams.
• Lead the Business Continuity Program (BCP), ensuring day-to-day readiness and continuous improvement in resilience frameworks.
• Perform data synthesis and analysis to provide executive summaries on organizational health for CoS and SVP decision-making.
• Execute high-priority special projects, providing structure to ambiguous challenges with cross-organizational alignment.
• Support Extended Leadership Team (ELT) evolution through All-Hands and leadership community initiatives.
• Drive process efficiency and integrate AI tools to automate tasks and boost departmental productivity.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in Management Consulting, Strategic Project Management, or CoS office in high-growth tech.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related technical field.
• Strong hands-on data synthesis, research, and translating insights into executive narratives.
• Logical thinking to structure ambiguous high-stakes challenges.
• Excellent project management with focus on process design and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills (mandatory).
• Proven discretion with sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Strong interest or experience in Generative AI for productivity.
