What you will do

• Architect multi-stage Medallion pipelines (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) from raw ingestion to refined business data assets.
• Lead semantic layer development and governance with standardized metrics and dimensions for consistent KPIs.
• Design advanced Star and Snowflake schemas supporting SCD Type 2, complex relationships, and high-concurrency queries.
• Build scalable pipelines for identity and entity resolution across hirify.global ecosystem for unified customer graphs.
• Engineer data structures for causal and attribution modeling in partnership with Decision Scientists.
• Establish data contracts, quality governance, automated validation, and CI/CD workflows for pipelines.
• Collaborate on system design translating business requirements into scalable architectures with data lineage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Related technical degree required.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL (Airflow, dbt, Informatica), databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with hirify.global Ecosystem, specifically Data Cloud.
• Problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
