What you will do

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models and tools for issue detection, triage, and quality assurance.
• Leverage AI insights to identify emerging on-road issues, risk scenarios, and edge cases; develop data-driven monitoring strategies.
• Define policies, SOPs, and guidelines integrating AI into vendor workflows for new markets like London/Tokyo.
• Design quality control processes for human and AI outputs; validate triage policies for local driving rules.
• Act as SME for technical policies, consult stakeholders, provide leadership, and escalate tool issues to Engineering.

Requirements

• BS/BA or 8+ years in AV Software Quality Operations
• Strong understanding of driving rules in European (London) metropolitan areas
• Competency in ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring
• Experience with ML testing/validation: dataset QA, bias detection, edge cases, statistical metrics
• Ability to learn proprietary tools and work in fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Excellent communication for collaboration in diverse environment
