What you will do

• Lead delivery of platform initiatives like payments, KYC, geolocation, and regulatory integrations across SSDLC
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Product for seamless execution
• Manage cross-functional projects with third-party vendors and internal teams
• Drive multiple concurrent initiatives aligned with security, regulatory, and operational needs
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in compliance-sensitive environments
• Provide transparency via reporting, documentation, and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years delivering technical/platform or infrastructure-heavy projects
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and platform architecture
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and external vendors
• Agile/hybrid delivery with Jira and Confluence
• Able to travel occasionally domestically and internationally

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments like fintech, payments, gaming
