What you will do
- Administer policies, handle new client pensions, investments, transfers, money-in, and money-out.
- Answer adviser queries, respond to complaints, and help set up accounts via phone and email.
- Prepare letters and financial documents with excellent attention to detail.
- Process requests within Service Level Agreements efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services for optimal adviser outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Adept verbal and written communication for recording and interpreting data.
- Proactive approach with personal responsibility for high-quality work and problem-solving.
