What you will do

• Lead implementation and monitoring of HSE compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Conduct and oversee site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate HSE training and awareness programs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and environmental risks
• Collaborate with teams to promote proactive safety culture
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
• Lead emergency preparedness and response activities
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• Proven HSE experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace
• Strong knowledge of local Norwegian HSE regulations and standards
• Experience with risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations
• Proficiency in HSE documentation and reports
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); substantial Norwegian language skills
• Excellent communication, training skills, and problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, high-tech, or startup environments
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other HSE management systems
