What you will do

• Guide a team of six engineers, mentoring through technical challenges and digital product development.
• Own high-priority software projects, ensuring robust, high-quality delivery.
• Drive transition to AI-assisted development for faster innovation.
• Contribute to recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Support sales and marketing with technical insights to solve customer problems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, our primary working language; Finnish is a plus.
• Proven hands-on software development experience and track record leading in product-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of IoT, cloud platforms (AWS), and connected digital ecosystems.
• Experience empowering teams with clear objectives and context, not control.
• Strategic problem-solving, risk assessment, and alignment with long-term goals.
