What you will do

• Lead and coordinate internal sales, project, and spare parts teams for optimal customer solutions.
• Plan and participate in development of customers’ marine scrubber systems, including revisions, audits, and on-site inspections.
• Develop subcontracting and partner networks.
• Act as primary customer contact, identifying needs and converting them into business opportunities.
• Provide support in sales processes for service agreements including services and products.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, marine, environmental, industrial engineering or similar
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sales, project management, or engineering, preferably marine customer-facing
• Experience with marine emission control systems (SOx scrubbers), Open Loop and Hybrid types
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance of emission control systems
• Experience in emission control system processes and analytics
• Good written and oral Finnish and English skills essential
• Willingness and ability to travel globally
