QA Intern (Gamedev)

TL;DR

QA Intern (Gamedev): Gain hands-on experience across specialized QA teams (Narrative, Open World, Gameplay, Art, Tech) for AAA titles with an accent on learning internal processes, tools, and testing methodologies. Focus on performing functional tests, identifying and reporting bugs, verifying fixes, and collaborating across QA branches.

Location: Office-first — at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office. You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.

Salary: 31.40 PLN gross hourly (July to end of September, 40h/week).

What you will do

• Learn internal processes, tools, and specialized QA methodologies across Narrative, Open World, Gameplay, Art, and Tech QA teams.
• Perform functional and non-functional tests on video games and development tools.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs using defect management tools.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure alignment with design documentation.
• Collaborate with QA branches to support workflows and tasks.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, fresh high school graduate or university student.
• Reside in Poland throughout the internship (July to end of September, 40h/week full availability).
• Good command of English (CV must be in English).
• Basic knowledge of software or video game testing methodologies.
• Passion for games, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) or bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira).
• Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages.
• Previous beta testing or modding community experience.
