What you will do

• Work across multiple projects, adapting to styles, teams, and client needs while researching visual references alongside the Art Director.
• Lead project teams, provide feedback on work-in-progress, review and approve deliverables, and perform technical checks.
• Collaborate daily with Art Director on art production processes and with production teams on planning and milestones.
• Balance hands-on creation of high-standard artwork with leadership and team culture development.
• Represent the studio in communications and benchmark new projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years industry experience.
• Fluent English for clear written and verbal feedback.
• Excellent composition, colour theory, design, value, lighting, perspective; strong rendering and style adaptation skills.
• Expertise in Photoshop and 2D art; ability to visualize ideas quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, feedback skills, autonomy, organization, and work under pressure.
