What you will do

• Coordinate the testing lifecycle, focusing on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off;
• Work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure test coverage;
• Support and guide business users during testing phases;
• Track and report defects, risks, and testing progress;
• Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA and UAT practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1 level), able to interact with business stakeholders;
• Experience in Test Coordination / Test Management;
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with business users;
• Experience in UAT planning and execution;
• Good understanding of test processes and lifecycle;
• Ability to translate business needs into test scenarios;
• Experience with reporting and defect management;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Xray.
