Middleware Developer

TL;DR

Middleware Developer (ESB): Developing and maintaining enterprise service bus integrations and middleware solutions with an accent on API gateways, ETL processes, and monitoring. Focus on building REST APIs, handling data transformations with SSIS and Pentaho, and ensuring observability with Grafana and Kibana.

Location: Hybrid model, 3 days a week in Braga; requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit

What you will do

• Work with ESB technologies for system integrations.
• Develop and manage REST APIs using Kong.
• Handle ETL processes with SSIS and Pentaho.

• Collaborate with clients through consultant assignments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ESB technologies
• Experience with Tibco ESB, Kong, REST API, ETL SSIS, and Pentaho
• Knowledge of Grafana and Kibana
• English B2 or higher
• Availability for hybrid work, 3 days/week in Braga; Portuguese/EU citizenship or valid PT work permit
