What you will do

• Lead fraud operations, investigations, dispute management, brand risk, and incident response teams to deliver high-quality reviews and real-time mitigation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Payments to integrate safety by design into development lifecycles and technical roadmaps.
• Drive AI-first strategy using ML for predictive detection, automated investigations, and sub-second containment logic.
• Define policies, rules, and standards for KYC, authentication, and payment risks bridging strategy to global execution.
• Optimize unit economics of safety operations, managing vendor costs and fraud losses.
• Oversee fraud partner program and managed services providers for ecosystem-wide intelligence and scalable execution.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in Trust & Safety or Fraud functions at high-growth fintech/crypto companies
• Experience scaling multi-tiered teams and operations via BPO/managed service providers
• Managing fraud risk across B2B partners and global intelligence networks
• Demonstrated use of AI/ML to automate workflows and improve performance
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Payments, and Compliance
• Deep expertise in identity verification, payment risks (ACH, Card, Open Banking), and blockchain forensics
