What you will do

  • Contribute to the design, build, and implementation of a language-agnostic LLM process for translation quality reviews and content reorganization.
  • Research and produce core content for support channels and manage localization into 20+ languages using AI-driven workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end content projects from conception to stakeholder implementation.
  • Co-develop prompts and AI agents for tools, track key metrics, and ensure continuous model improvement.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience managing content across multiple languages and markets.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI tools, with curiosity for building and testing new AI agents.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to learn and master new software and tools quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize tasks to meet business goals.
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in content and project management.

Nice to have

  • Background in translation, linguistics, or similar.
  • French language skills.
  • Previous experience writing content for customer service or community support audience.
