What you will do

• Profile and optimize the game’s GPU usage.
• Collaborate with Graphics Technical Director to define 3D feature constraints and communicate possibilities to art team.
• Analyze project 3D intentions, technical feasibility, and existing engine features.
• Design and implement improvements or new systems when needed.
• Propose innovations inspired by industry games.
• Validate new 3D systems, support production features, and fix reported bugs.

Requirements

• Solid C++, algorithms, math, low-level, and graphics API/pipeline knowledge.
• Experience developing and optimizing rendering features.
• Experience collaborating with art or tech art teams.
• Leadership skills or strong potential to grow into leadership.
• Deep knowledge of graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan).
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine or proprietary engines.

Nice to have

• AAA game development experience.
• Experience mentoring juniors.
• Experience fixing GPU/CPU crashes.
• Experience with Nvidia Aftermath.
• Console experience (Xbox Series S/X, PS5, Switch).
