About the Role

You will conduct user research, create interaction designs, and produce wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You will test and iterate designs rapidly, document and communicate your design decisions in writing, and collaborate closely with Product, Development and Marketing to deliver intuitive user experiences. You may also create motion or animation assets when needed.

Requirements

• Strong skills in user research, interaction design and visual design
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator and AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT and Krea
• Basic theoretical understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, mockups and user flows
• Strong portfolio showcasing a body of relevant work
• Ability to write about and communicate design work
• Motion design or animation skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Development and Marketing teams to create high-quality user experiences
• Translate concepts into user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Conduct user research and test designs, and iterate rapidly
• Document and communicate design decisions in writing
• Create motion and animation assets when required
