What you will do
- Support assigned projects for the Global Trade Compliance team
- Collect, organize, and analyze trade-related data for reports and trackers
- Conduct research on trade, operational, or regulatory topics and prepare summaries
- Assist with process documentation, workflow materials, and team trackers
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and escalate findings
- Explore AI tools to improve workflow and process efficiency
- Prepare written summaries, presentations, or project materials
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in international business, business, supply chain, logistics, economics, global studies, data analytics, project management or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Interest in research, process improvement, and project-based work
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week summer internship
- In the office 3-4 days a week in the Lisbon office
Nice to have
- Interest in AI tools and technology-enabled workflows
- Prior trade compliance experience
