What you will do

• Design and implement reusable infrastructure, tooling, and workflows to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience
• Ensure platform solutions are discoverable, intuitive, and adopted by measuring customer and business impact
• Replace one-off fixes with automation, clear paved roads, and self-service guidance
• Partner with product and platform teams to understand pain points and co-create solutions
• Apply SRE principles like observability, automation, and fault tolerance through platform tools
• Lead by example with strong system design, high-quality code, documentation, and operational rigor

Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong skills in modern language like Python, Go, Java
• Experience with major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, containers, Infrastructure as Code
• Ability to design scalable, reusable systems across teams
• Experience improving developer experience and internal platforms
• Strong communication and customer-centric collaboration skills
