What you will do

• Lead strategic advisory service engagements with technical and executive stakeholders across industries.
• Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs to mature organizational security posture.
• Develop threat intelligence-based scenarios to exercise customer response and recovery capabilities.
• Produce and deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blog posts, public speaking, and identifying cybersecurity trends.
• Manage internal programs, teams, staffing, scheduling, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-15 years experience in IT/security management consulting, security program development, security analysis/operations, business strategy/risk analysis, cybersecurity policy, or public/government affairs.
• Experience facilitating exercises for IT/cybersecurity incident management or business resilience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity posture assessments/audits and delivering reports to executives/boards.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects; ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on short notice.
