What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of technical consultants delivering offensive security engagements.
• Manage backlog, resource utilization, and scheduling for security projects.
• Partner with sales and business development to scope complex adversarial testing and provide thought leadership.
• Identify improvements in people, processes, and technology to increase team efficiency.
• Foster team career development through training, certifications, and mentorship.
• Own NPS and customer satisfaction targets for the practice.

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese proficiency required for business operations.
• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry leading offensive, defensive, or research teams.
• Experience managing and operating offensive security teams in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage pre-sales and post-sales service delivery.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive management.
• Legal authorization to work in Japan without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, OSEP, OSWA, OSWE, CEH, GPEN, GCPN, GWAPT, or CISSP.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience with speaking engagements or technical writing (white papers, blogs).
