What you will do

• Design and implement backend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Translate product objectives into technical solutions and working prototypes or POCs independently.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate development, refactor code, and understand legacy systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and process improvements.
• Strengthen testing, QA, CI/CD workflows, and release stability to support higher velocity without technical debt.

Requirements

• Proficient in English for remote collaboration.
• Strong backend experience in Node.js / TypeScript environments.
• Autonomous operation as Product Engineer or senior backend contributor.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real development workflows.
• Architectural thinking, system design skills.
• Deep understanding of testing, QA, and release processes.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution.
