What you will do

• Lead gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, documenting them in user stories and business requirement documents.
• Participate in and lead Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs to align with stakeholder expectations and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related field.
• Proven senior experience in Agile environments, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting requirements for large, modular enterprise-level projects.
• Skilled in workshops, interviews, user stories, and business requirement documents.
• Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs.

Nice to have

• Project Management, Scrum Methodology, or Scrum Master certification.
