TL;DR
Junior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA): Supporting high-quality software releases across the development lifecycle with an accent on Shift-Left testing practices, ETL/data validation, and AI-driven applications. Focus on executing functional/integration tests, writing SQL queries, documenting defects, and assisting in automation scripts.
Location: Thai nationality, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Hybrid working policy with Grade A office connected to MRT Queen Sirikit Station.

What you will do
- Participate in early development cycle with Shift-Left testing and provide structured quality feedback.
- Support release validation, post-release monitoring, and Shift-Right activities.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and basic non-functional tests.
- Perform ETL and data validation testing with SQL queries.
- Create and execute manual test cases, document defects with reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Assist in maintaining automation scripts using Playwright/WebDriver IO in Python/TypeScript for web/API testing.
- Test AI-driven workflows and use tools like JIRA, Qase, Postman, Bitbucket.
Requirements
- Thai nationality, based in Bangkok, Thailand
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Degree in computer/technology-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Basic programming (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar)
- Familiarity with version control
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn AI/LLM quality validation
