What you will do

• Build and maintain comprehensive test plans for product suites including chat interfaces.
• Identify and debug root causes of issues within applications.
• Determine testing strategies that maximize coverage across all tools.
• Document test suites and maintain detailed bug reports.
• Assist developers in patching and fixing technical issues.
• Contribute to both manual and automated testing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a Thai National
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
• 1+ years of professional experience in software QA.
• Understanding of software QA methodology and testing life cycles.
• Experience with Test Case Management tools.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
