What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows for customers.
• Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection rates.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks and scripting solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts, support threat hunting, and integrate AI capabilities into security tools.
• Lead AI skills workshops and develop customer-facing AI collateral with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 8 years of IT deployment or customer environment experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity, software deployment, and Windows/Mac/Linux platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools, data science in security operations, and security automation platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, analytical problem-solving, and team mentoring experience.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to manage projects and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Endpoint security experience with Falcon, AV, EDR.
• AI/ML: machine learning models, NLP, anomaly detection, prompt writing, Python/R for AI.
• Deployment tools: SCCM, Group Policy, Puppet, Chef.
• Development: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Technologies: firewalls, vulnerability management, SIEM, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), compliance standards.
