Event Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced ⚡️Event Manager⚡️ who can go beyond basic event coordination and build a strong brand presence at leading international iGaming conferences.

💼Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle of company participation in international iGaming events (conferences, expos, summits);
• Plan, develop, and execute exhibition stands (from concept to on-site delivery);
• Coordinate with vendors: designers, stand builders, and technical teams;
• Control budgets, timelines, and overall execution quality;
• Handle logistics (event materials, merch, equipment, team coordination);
• Manage on-site operations and ensure smooth event execution;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals (lead generation, brand visibility);
• Analyze event performance (ROI, KPIs, lead quality).

⚙️Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Event Manager in iGaming industry;
• Proven experience with conference participation and exhibition stand management;
• Understanding of international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB, etc.);
• Experience managing vendors and budgets;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
