What you will do

• Drive overall retargeting performance, ensuring consistent growth and delivery of key KPIs.
• Manage and guide the media buying team in daily execution and prioritization.
• Develop and optimize operational processes, including SOPs, checklists, and SLAs.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across campaigns and team performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Tech teams to align business expectations with delivery.
• Ensure data reliability across tracking, attribution, and postbacks.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience managing media buyers or account managers.
• Strong expertise in DSP-driven campaigns and retargeting strategies.
• Proven experience in building operational processes and execution control.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to take ownership of bottlenecks and resolve them quickly.
