What you will do

• Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams to align on business needs and strategic priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across regions/functions.
• Lead change management efforts, driving stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Analyze and optimize complex business processes, performing in-depth process mapping and gap analysis.
• Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, effective risk mitigation, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as project manager, business analyst, or consultant.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently.
• Italian and English both writing and speaking fluent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm.
• Salesforce, SAP knowledge.
• Knowledge of project management and AI tools.
