TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist: Supporting customers across the hirify.global AP Automation product suite, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the full workflow from invoice receipt to payment with an accent on troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams. Focus on resolving technical issues by analyzing logs, databases, emails, and other relevant sources.

Location: Hybrid in Tunis

What you will do

  • Provide support for hirify.global AP Automation solutions across the full invoice-to-payment lifecycle.
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, reporting, and product usage.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, databases, emails, and other relevant sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, QA, and ERP to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Contribute to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, software support, or SaaS environments.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, web services, and XML (preferred).
  • General understanding of ERP and financial systems (e.g., Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, JDE, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial processes such as general ledger, bank reconciliation, and payment terms.
  • Familiarity with business workflows (approvals, routing, limits, etc.).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role supports English-speaking clients only
