What you will do

• Optimize CI pipelines to improve build and deployment efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, such as code review bots.
• Manage Kubernetes manifests to support dynamic environments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and eliminate productivity bottlenecks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and shifting project priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in Germany and aligned with Western European working hours.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on building trust across teams.
