Community Manager (World Of Tanks Blitz)

TL;DR

Community Manager (World of Tanks Blitz): Engaging with the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking player base across community and media platforms to strengthen player relationships and grow community engagement. Focus on managing social media, planning community activities, and gathering player feedback to improve the game.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office in Warsaw, Poland). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Poland at the time of application. This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.

Salary: 12800-16000 PLN gross monthly (The final salary within the range will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance during the interview. Please note that this salary range applies to Poland; for other locations, it might be different.)

What you will do

• Engage with players across social and community platforms as a public face of World of Tanks Blitz.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking player community.
• Manage social media and community publications, ensuring timely and engaging content.
• Plan and execute community activities, player events, and livestream participation.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize community sentiment and player feedback for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, communications, or online community development.
• Strong interest in mobile and/or PC games and understanding of gaming communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and Russian.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Confidence working in multicultural environments and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with World of Tanks or other hirify.global titles.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and sentiment reporting.
• Experience producing or hosting livestreams.
• Working knowledge of livestreaming, audio, and video tools and technologies.
