What you will do
- Conduct human-centered research on hybrid AI systems for group sensemaking and decision-making.
- Design and deploy collaborative AI agents capable of analyzing interaction data and providing perspective-based summaries.
- Develop protocols for AI interventions in human-AI and human-human collaborations.
- Experimentally validate interaction processes to ensure human participants retain engagement and oversight.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the broader scientific discourse in collaborative AI.
Requirements
- Must hold or expect a PhD degree before the start date.
- Relevant track record in human-computer interaction, collaborative AI, generative AI, or machine learning.
- Experience with interaction design, experimental design, or evaluation of collaborative systems.
- Strong interest in group decision-making and co-creation processes.
- Excellent proficiency in English, as this is a requirement for the university environment.
