What you will do

  • Create and optimize CRM campaigns in line with the marketing calendar and product launches.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive daily actives, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, providing recommendations.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns and journeys using a ‘test and learn’ approach.
  • Work with the BI team to analyze behavior versus value to refine targeting and segmentation.
  • Manage workload and relationships with Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Copywriting, and Design teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant CRM experience, ideally in an iGaming environment.
  • Understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle development, and optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with good HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Data-focused and ROI-driven with the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of iGaming customer behavior and trends.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and responsible gaming practices.
