What you will do

• Serve as the focal point for marketplace analytics, collaborating closely with R&D and Algo teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support algorithmic and business decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain big data reports and dashboards to monitor product performance and evaluate new initiatives.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends within a complex data environment.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and A/B tests to derive actionable product insights.

Requirements

• Current third-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with experience querying diverse datasets.
• Proven analytical and technical skills demonstrated through academic or personal projects.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must attach an updated academic transcript as part of the application.
