What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operations across KYC, onboarding, payments, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Develop and manage operational SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate with the compliance officer to ensure adherence to SEC regulations.
• Liaise with global product and engineering teams to localize workflows for the local market.
• Build and manage relationships with local banks, vendors, and payment partners.
• Hire, train, and lead a local operations and customer service team while monitoring operational risk.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech or financial services operations, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian payments infrastructure and KYC/AML processes.
• Proven track record of scaling fintech or tech-enabled operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international teams.
