What you will do
- Build and operate the regulatory compliance framework for Bank of Thailand-regulated payment services, including license conditions, BOT notifications, AML/CFT requirements, and internal governance.
- Develop and maintain technology risk, IT governance, compliance, and risk appetite frameworks, including risk registers, KRIs, control assessments, and remediation plans.
- Oversee information security, cybersecurity, data breach response, privacy risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and annual PCI DSS renewal assessments.
- Manage third-party and outsourcing risk, including vendor assessments, cloud service risks, service-level controls, and the outsourcing register.
- Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, business impact analysis, operational resilience, and annual BCP/DR testing.
- Coordinate IT audits, regulatory examinations, submissions, inspections, evidence preparation, and liaison with regulators, auditors, and external assessors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in technology risk, IT compliance, IT governance, information security, or IT audit.
- Experience in fintech, payment service providers, acquiring businesses, e-wallets, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of technology risk management, operational risk management, and IT control frameworks.
- Experience working with regulators, auditors, and external assessors.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is preferred.
