What you will do

• Establish and operate the regulatory compliance framework for BOT-regulated payment services in Thailand.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and the Ministry of Commerce (DBD).
• Develop and enforce AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, and Sanctions Screening policies and frameworks.
• Oversee IT audit functions, coordinate vulnerability assessments (VA/PT), and track security risk remediation.
• Manage the Foreign Business License (FBL) obligations and annual regulatory submissions.
• Act as or oversee the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function to ensure PDPA compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building regulatory compliance frameworks for payment services.
• Deep knowledge of the Payment Systems Act B.E. 2560 and BOT notifications.
• Expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, and Know Your Merchant (KYM) processes.
• Strong understanding of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and data breach response.
• Experience managing government relations and regulatory filings.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
