What you will do

• Define and own the growth strategy for Thailand to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Build and manage a multifunctional team covering performance marketing, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, influencers, and brand.
• Optimize digital channels including Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Line, as well as SEO and affiliate programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to optimize conversion and payment flows.
• Develop and execute localized growth experiments, referral programs, and gamified engagement tactics.
• Manage growth budgets and provide weekly/monthly reporting on key metrics and ROI.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through full-funnel marketing.
• Deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Chinese language proficiency is a must.
