Salary: $180K – $260K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact projects for the lending platform.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hyper-optimize lending systems to support a large and growing market.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to create seamless lending experiences.
• Mentor engineers to foster best practices in architecture and code quality.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in building distributed systems and high-throughput APIs.
• Strong full-stack skills with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience in payments, lending, or regulated consumer finance domains.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and influencing product direction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Node, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, AWS, and React Native.
