What you will do

• Lead target setting for vehicle efficiency using competitive benchmarking, fleet compliance, and customer usage data.
• Influence strategic technology roadmaps for energy nodes to align with efficiency and customer requirements.
• Coordinate virtual verification activities and perform deep-dive performance data analysis.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the vehicle development cycle within an Agile environment.
• Partner with tools and methods teams to define and align vehicle efficiency development requirements.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of vehicle energy nodes, including road load, propulsion efficiency, and electrical loads.
• Significant professional experience in vehicle attribute or system delivery.
• Methodical engineering mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical risks and scenarios through data-driven storytelling.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Nice to have

• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of vehicle efficiency legislative homologation and certification processes.
• Familiarity with CAE testing methodologies related to vehicle efficiency.
