What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of services and maintain overall account ownership for EMEA clients.
• Define and implement business strategies to grow market presence and identify new strategic partnerships.
• Implement Lean and Agile at scale, providing coaching and driving hypothesis-based experimentation.
• Develop high-performance teams and manage resources, budgets, and schedules for on-time delivery.
• Take full accountability for client contracts, ensuring growth, profitability, and satisfaction via P&L management.
• Promote a Product Management culture and lead pre-sales processes to align with company value propositions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership position within a tech consultancy.
• Proven track record of growing accounts to £5m+.
• Experience implementing Lean and Agile for scaled environments and large programs.
• Deep understanding of P&L and Operational/Delivery KPIs.
• Strong presentation skills and passion for AI transformation.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain
