Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Production Planner (Manufacturing): Leading and optimizing production by forecasting and managing capacity requirements for live orders and sales pipelines with an accent on resource utilization and KPI tracking. Location: Onsite in Burnfoot, County Donegal, Ireland (5 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead production planners and collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and improve standards.
• Own LOB Planning KPIs and ensure the accuracy of production schedules and records.
• Analyze historical data and market demand to develop accurate capacity plans.
• Monitor production performance against KPIs to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Proactively identify risks to production capacity and develop effective contingency plans.
• Generate and present regular performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in production planning within manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burnfoot, Ireland, 5 days per week.
