What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build web/mobile apps, cloud backends, and data pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from architecture and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences.
• Champion modern software development practices, including CI/CD, IaC, observability, and test automation.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
• Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a cloud or backend engineer.
• Strong expertise in API design, asynchronous systems, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Python.
• Proficiency with serverless architectures and IaC tools (e.g., CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Experience with data pipelines and cloud-native streaming tools like Kinesis.
• Deep knowledge of observability, tracing, and system performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, Kafka, and Snowflake.
• Mobile development skills, including React Native, BLE, and websockets.
• Experience designing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions and compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
