What you will do

• Define and implement standards, methodologies, and best practices for product analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product analysts through hands-on coaching.
• Create and maintain procedures to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and business relevance.
• Execute complex analyses, exploratory investigations, and high-impact deep dives.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to optimize data generation and modeling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data or product analytics, preferably in a growing tech environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or team lead role managing analysts.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Proven track record of surfacing insights that drive measurable business impact.
