What you will do
- Manage technical relationships with large enterprise customers to drive platform adoption and consumption.
- Guide customers through onboarding best practices and monitor usage to ensure committed levels are met.
- Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to specific value outcomes and milestones.
- Lead personalized training sessions and create technical enablement resources like documentation and videos.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support business case development.
- Quantify and communicate the impact of solutions to technical stakeholders via reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python) or SQL.
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Principal Technical Support.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical stakeholders.
- Must have valid work authorization for Ireland (visa sponsorship is not provided).
