What you will do

• Lead the integration of AI-generated applications (Python/FastAPI and React) with backend enterprise layers and Databricks.
• Design and execute a robust CI/CD and release strategy using Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Act as a technical consultant to bridge the gap between high-velocity delivery and rigid enterprise security standards.
• Mentor client-side engineering teams on maintaining automated deployment pipelines.
• Ensure integrated solutions are production-ready, focusing on scalability, security, and seamless data flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a "builder first" mindset.
• High proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and React.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Containerization (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Databricks or similar large-scale data lake architectures.
• For employee status: Must reside and work from CA, WA, TX, OR, CO, PA, OH, or GA.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and build consensus among stakeholders.
