Salary: ₱110,000 - ₱135,000 a month

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of C# .NET and SQL Server applications.
• Optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures for critical business workflows.
• Enhance Windows Services and background processes integrated with external hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues in on-premises environments to ensure zero-downtime.
• Modernize legacy components into scalable .NET Core and containerized solutions.
• Adopt Agentic AI and AI-SDLC practices to enhance software engineering.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in SQL Server database design, query optimization, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in C# .NET, asynchronous programming, LINQ, and memory management.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs (Middleware, DI, Hosting).
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization strategies.
• Effective English communication skills for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with legacy systems like VB6 or COM/ActiveX integration.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, Terraform).
