TL;DR
RISC-V AI / HPC & Agentic Software Engineering Lead (AI/HPC): Enabling AI and HPC software stacks on ’s RISC-V processors with an accent on low-level kernel infrastructure and agentic AI runtimes. Focus on hardware-software co-design, distributed execution frameworks, and optimizing performance-critical code paths.
Location: Remote, based out of North America
Salary: $100k - $500k

is developing next-generation RISC-V CPUs optimized for AI, high-performance computing, and autonomous AI systems.
What you will do
- Integrate and optimize LLK (Low-Level Kernel) infrastructure for CPU execution.
- Lead the bring-up of a RISC-V-native agentic AI software stack.
- Develop runtime orchestration, distributed execution frameworks, and memory systems for goal-driven AI.
- Collaborate with CPU architects and compiler engineers to align software capabilities with RISC-V architectural features.
- Translate performance targets into architectural and software requirements.
Requirements
- Deep experience in HPC and AI software stacks.
- Solid understanding of RISC-V architecture (ISA, extensions, micro-architecture).
- Proficiency in C/C++ and systems programming.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, distributed execution systems, or orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with compiler toolchains such as LLVM and GCC.
- Must be based in North America.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Nice to have
- Experience with vectorization or custom ISA extensions.
- Experience with accelerator integration.
