What you will do

• Collaborate on course structure and learning objectives tailored to professional developer needs.
• Develop comprehensive content including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessment modules.
• Produce instructional videos, screencasts, and deliver content as a speaker.
• Design the final project for the course.
• Iterate on content based on student feedback and industry standards.
• Optionally facilitate synchronous online learning sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on mobile QA.
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted QA tools (e.g., testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA).
• Proven track record in technical leadership, mentoring, or engineer advocacy.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to commit 10 hours per week for collaboration.
