What you will do

• Support Client Advisors on trading, portfolio management, and asset allocation for client accounts.
• Advise clients on objectives, risk tolerance, and the role of specific assets within their portfolios.
• Manage the end-to-end process of new account openings and closings.
• Maintain rebalancing standards to ensure clients are aligned with model trades and long-term target allocations.
• Develop client materials and financial planning strategies using MoneyGuide Pro software.
• Collaborate closely with investment research and relationship teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with MoneyGuide Pro or other professional financial planning software.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of securities and the ability to discuss market performance and investment models.
• Practical experience in portfolio management or allocation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Envestnet’s Tamarac Reporting, Trading, and CRM software.
