What you will do

• Lead the CRM transformation program in close coordination with the CRM Business Owner.
• Assess the current Salesforce setup, including processes, usage patterns, and the development landscape.
• Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and gaps that limit margin improvement or sales effectiveness.
• Define and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Coordinate and structure the work of approximately 40 CRM maintenance and development contributors.
• Integrate AI capabilities, specifically leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, while ensuring data protection.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Mandatory experience leading large-scale CRM or enterprise system transformation programs.
• Enterprise architecture mindset with the ability to align business processes and system design.
• Proven program management expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI integration in enterprise systems within data protection constraints.
